Pricing

Prices are quoted in CHF and are valid for Switzerland. Orders are only possible for recipients in Switzerland.

Delivery and terms of payment Switzerland

Online customers can – but do not have to – open a buyer account. However, you can also shop in our shop as a guest. However, in this case you must also enter your contact details. If you do not wish to do this, you are welcome to shop locally (Galerie Artiz, Prêles). The «Gottfried Tritten Archive» retains ownership of the delivered goods until full payment has been received.

Prepayment / payment with invoice and payment slip

After your online order, you will receive a paper invoice with a payment slip if you choose to pay by invoice. You can also pay in advance or collect the goods yourself and pay in cash.

Shipping costs

The actual shipping costs (depending on the selected shipping method: Economy or Priority) of Swiss Post plus a small shipping fee (packaging material and costs) will be charged. The shipping costs are calculated and displayed during the ordering process according to the weight of the goods ordered.
It is also possible to pick up what you want directly on site and pay in cash. In this case, please contact us by telephone (Tel. 076 331 66 77).

Delivery time

The delivery time is usually 2–5 days. If the order is time-critical, please contact us by telephone if in doubt (Tel. 076 331 66 77).

Order confirmation

You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail.

Cancellation of the order

Cancellation is not possible. As soon as you press the "Buy now" button, the order is binding. If you have made a mistake (or the purchase process has not worked properly), please contact us – we will find a solution.

Right of return and exchange

There is no fundamental right of return or exchange. If you are not satisfied with a product ordered from the «Gottfried Tritten Archive», please contact us immediately to discuss the appropriate course of action.

Liability

Prices and products are subject to change at any time. The «Gottfried Tritten Archive» does everything in its power to keep the website up-to-date and error-free. However, we cannot accept any liability for consequential costs or additional costs due to typing errors on the web pages. If such a case occurs, we ask for your understanding and immediate notification so that the error can be rectified quickly.

Data privacy

All information provided will be treated confidentially and will not be passed on to third parties. The «Gottfried Tritten Archive» stores your order-related data exclusively for the processing and fulfilment of your orders. (see also our privacy policy)
